You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 2026ph3. This is a strict PAGCOR requirement. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may maintain only one active 2026ph3 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support to recover it.
All bonuses at 2026ph3 are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met. Attempting to exploit bonuses through abuse patterns will result in bonus forfeiture.
All withdrawals are processed in PHP to your verified payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank). Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. 2026ph3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing.

2.1 By accessing the 2026ph3 Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2026ph3 concerning your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
2.3 2026ph3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amendments have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 2026ph3 Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. 2026ph3 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 2026ph3 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2026ph3 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders — whether voluntary or imposed — are not eligible to maintain active accounts on 2026ph3.
3.4 Employee Restrictions. Employees of 2026ph3 and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members of such employees, may be restricted from participating in certain promotions or games. Please consult the relevant promotion terms for specific restrictions.
4.1 To access real-money games and services on 2026ph3, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested.
4.2 You are permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 2026ph3. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Following registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and may include biometric verification. 2026ph3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.4 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of services or inability to process withdrawals.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including but not limited to falsifying your age, identity, or location — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 2026ph3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from 2026ph3 should be treated as a phishing attempt.
5.3 You must notify 2026ph3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 2026ph3 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
5.4 2026ph3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number upon login from unrecognized devices.
6.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 2026ph3 Wallet are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Deposit methods may change from time to time; current available methods are displayed on the Platform's cashier page.
6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. 2026ph3 targets the following withdrawal timelines: GCash and PayMaya within 10 minutes; BDO and BPI within 30 minutes; Metrobank within 1 hour. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. 2026ph3 reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews, high-value withdrawals, or technical issues.
6.4 AML Compliance. 2026ph3 is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence. 2026ph3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of AML inquiries and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.5 Transaction Finality. All deposits and confirmed bets are final. 2026ph3 does not reverse completed gaming transactions except in cases of proven technical malfunction or manifest error.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
7.2 Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 Real Money Funds in your Wallet are used before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified. When Bonus Funds are active, winnings derived from Bonus Funds are treated as Bonus Funds until wagering requirements are met.
7.4 2026ph3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any accrued wagering progress will be retained to the extent feasible.
7.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or wagering patterns that violate the spirit of a promotion — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and clawback of any associated withdrawals.
7.6 2026ph3 reserves the right to verify the validity of any bonus claim and to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is determined, at its sole discretion.
8.1 All games available on the 2026ph3 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical processes (for live dealer games) to determine outcomes. Games are sourced from licensed and regulated game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Playtech, among others.
8.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — 2026ph3 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game state. In cases where this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
8.4 Manifest errors — including obviously incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or game malfunctions — are void and do not give rise to a right to collect winnings. 2026ph3 reserves the right to correct manifest errors at any time.

Violations of the prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, withholding of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement as appropriate.
10.1 All content on the 2026ph3 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 2026ph3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.1 2026ph3 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2026ph3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming session data due to connectivity issues.
11.3 2026ph3's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 2026ph3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 2026ph3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
12.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-down periods, loss limits, and voluntary self-exclusion for defined periods or permanently.
12.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period, regardless of contact with support. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts on the Platform.
12.4 The 2026ph3 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 2026ph3 does not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform and will immediately terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
13.1 2026ph3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
13.2 Upon termination of your account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding AML obligations.
13.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 2026ph3 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Bonus Funds in your Wallet at the time of closure will be forfeited.
13.4 Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as set out in the Platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fees are applied.
14.1 2026ph3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where feasible.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 2026ph3 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the Platform's support and escalation process before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
15.3 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and where applicable, to resolution through PAGCOR's regulatory dispute processes.
15.4 Nothing in this clause limits PAGCOR's authority as the relevant regulatory body to investigate complaints and impose sanctions on licensed operators in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
